Krav Maga SSS DrillsThe class will focus on the most reliable Krav Maga Combative Drills. It will have minimal rest periods providing a training format that does not allow us to drop below our target heart rate. The SSS = SPEED, STRENGTH AND SKILL. Once warmed up and partnered, everyone will do 30 second intervals of one speed or explosive training drill, next a strength exercise, and then a high intensity combative drill focusing on your skill of striking under pressure. This training is intended to help you reach your threshold in a controlled environment. Krav Maga teaches us that training under some form of pressure is one way to prepare for reality based self defense. This class can be adjusted to all levels.
Cardio Krav MagaCardio Krav Maga is a great way to practice your combatives with out rest periods. This class usually combines running stairs with partner drills. We begin with relays and then partner up. After a warm up and technique highlights, we begin drilling: hammerfist, front kicks, punches, palm heels, knees, elbows, rounds, takedown defenses and more. We keep your heart rate up and the instructor consistently walks from student to student providing them with technical tips. This method of teaching allows the class to keep moving, while providing attention to all its participants.
KRAV MAGAThis class will present classic Krav Maga training drills. It focuses on teaching strikes and kicks for the street. In the spirit of 'contact combat,' this class will lead you through partner drills and bring you a self defense situation. We offer an all level teaching environment. In cases where they various levels in one class, we divide the class into groups based on skill level.
