Mondays: 5:30pm Boxing for MMA & 6:15pm KRAV MAGA SSS Drills
Tuesdays: 7pm Cardio Kickboxing Cross Training & Leg Drills
Wednesdays: 4:45pm Boxing Technique and Leg Drills & 6:15pm 1000 Kicks
Thursdays: 3:45pm Boxing Mitts, & Leg Drills, 5:30pm Boxing Technical Punching, 6:15pm Cardio Kickboxing: Heavy Bag & X Training (45 min) and 7pm Boxing MItts and Conditioning (ADDED NEW)
Saturdays: 10:45am Cardio Muay Thai 60 minutes
