Yoga is canceled for this month, Susan will be traveling.It will be back mid April.

Intro to Sparring (Boxing)-Thursday, Feb 18th at12:15pm

Three special flexibility classes:

  • Saturday, March 13th 9:30am to 10:45am - Yoga Fundamentals
  • Thursday, March 18th 7pm to 7:45pm - Yoga Fundamentals
  • Saturday, March 20th 10am to 10:45am - Sport Stretch
